You must be at least 18 years old and a duly authorized representative of a business entity to engage with our B2B services. All games developed or licensed by Slotty Labs are for deployment on licensed adult gambling platforms only. Operator partners must implement appropriate age verification systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All game content, software, art, audio, mathematics models, documentation, logos, and brand assets produced by Slotty Labs remain our exclusive intellectual property unless explicitly assigned by written agreement. Licensing our games grants usage rights under agreed terms — it does not transfer ownership.

4. Operator Responsibilities

Operators must hold all required gambling licenses for jurisdictions in which they deploy Slotty Labs content.
Operators are solely responsible for implementing responsible gambling tools, KYC/AML compliance, and player protection measures.
Operators must not deploy Slotty Labs games on unlicensed platforms, to underage users, or where online gambling is prohibited.

5. Demo Content

Game demos on this website are provided for evaluation purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, decompilation, or commercial use of demo content without a written license agreement is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slotty Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
